ISSA LFW A/W 2015

First shown at London Fashion Week in 2006, Issa quickly became world-renowned for its vibrant femininity and has since been worn by some of the world’s most high-profile women.  In 2013, with Camilla Al Fayed taking 100% ownership of the brand, Issa began a process of evolution, signaling the start of an exciting new chapter and expanding to introduce new product categories including tailoring, outerwear and separates. The protection of Issa’s brand DNA is key to its evolution; feminine, colourful, glamorous designs that provide a versatile and elegant wardrobe. The brand’s new Creative Director, Jamie O’Hare, showcased his first collection for the brand during London Fashion Week in February.

Moncler and Leica 'Monuments' private view and dinner. October 2014.

Jasmine Guinness, Eva Herzigova, Stella Tennant and Caroline Sieber were among those through the doors of Sotheby's to get a first peek at the Monuments exhibition by the uber talented Fabien Baron. Collaborating with Leica and Moncler the creative director travelled to Greenland to capture the magnificent ice flows.

“I wanted to convey an idea that this was not real, even though it was real, a little bit of metamorphosis of the place,” said Baron to WWD. “I felt like the place was so monumental, I wanted to light it like a monument, to show it in a different light.” Remo Ruffini, the Italian CEO who since his taking over of Moncler in 2003 has made mountain-top wear a true fashion fashion statement added: “The challenge between man and nature, which drives us to seek new creative solutions for taking on the harshest climes and the coldest temperatures, is part of the DNA of Moncler.”

Following the exhibition, guests ventured over to China Tang for a celebratory dinner of dim sum and crispy duck, washed down with jasmine martinis.

Belstaff by Goodwood Collection at Belstaff House. September 2014.

Leather was the word on everyone's lips at Belstaff House, when the brand launched its Goodwood collection of racing-inspired jackets. Once word got around that some real life race cars would be in attendance, a heap of hunks turned up - including James Norton, Jamie Campbell Bower and Max Chilton. The Earl of March and Kinrara introduced racing commentator Toby Moody, who did a live Q&A, while chicken liver parfait, mini Beef Wellingtons and pheasant Scotch eggs went down a treat.
